Stevie is originally from Darwin where she started veterinary nursing in 2012 in a busy small animal practice and had the privilege to nurse an extensive range of surgeries, from dog caesareans to orthopaedics. She moved to Far North Queensland in April 2016 and has been working as a Veterinary Nurse at Coral Sea Vet Care since June 2016. In October 2018, Stevie started as the Practice Manager and is also a Certificate IV Qualified Veterinary Nurse who loves every minute of her job!
Outside of work Stevie loves to potter around in her garden and spend quality time with Amber, her Palomino Australia Stock Horse and Nora, her Roman Nose English Bull Terrier. She also loves spending time with family and friends and enjoys going camping, fishing and snorkeling.
Nicole moved to the area after travelling around Australia for 6 months and has been working as the Senior Head Nurse at the clinic since 2014. She started her Veterinary Nursing career in 2002 and completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing in 2004.
After working for a few years in a Veterinary Hospital she decided to expand her knowlege and study as a Veterinary Technician and completed her Certificate in 2008.
Nicole has a special interest in Surgical Nursing and Critical Care, she also runs the Puppy Pre School Classes and enjoys helping people with dog behaviour issues.
Nicole enjoys fishing and going to the beach in her spare time.
Before starting veterinary nursing, Tyler moved around Australia until finally settling in Mossman. She has always loved animals and began her training in 2016. She conducted her training between a busy clinic down in Cairns and Coral Sea Vet Care. Tyler has now completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and assists in the mentoring of trainee veterinary nurses. She loves the challenge of emergencies and enjoys all kinds of surgery tasks.
In her spare time, Tyler enjoys taking her to rottweilers for a swim at the local creek. She also goes fishing and four wheel driving every chance she gets.
Breeana was born and bred in Mossman and knew she wanted to be in the animal industry ever since she could talk. Breeana has a Certificate II qualification in Animal Studies and started volunteering/training in Coral Sea Vet Care for 9 months in 2018. Breeana is now currently studying her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and wants to eventually expand her knowledge and study in the animal industry. One of her favourite tasks is meeting new clients and their pets.
In her spare time Breeana enjoys spending time with her animals as well as camping and fishing.
